Belmont Soil and Water Conservation District is holding a Passport to Fishing program on Wednesday, July 13th from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. This free program will be held at the Olney Friends School's Livezy Lake, located at 61830 Sandy Ridge Road, Barnesville, Ohio. Olney's annual Awards Banquet typically falls right before Final Collection on the Thursday preceding Commencement. The evening is, for many members of the Olney community, the most emotional and powerful of the entire school year, and this year was no exception.
