Olney Friends School is honored to announce Marcel Mballa-Ekobena as our guest speaker on Friday, October 30, 2020, at 7:00 PM EDT. He will be discussing the topic of business resilience during crises. This event will be conducted through Zoom and is open to the greater Olney Community.
Marcel Mballa-Ekobena is a sustainable investment and development specialist with expertise in ventures and financial services. He has over 18 years of experience as an executive director across four continents where he has worked for JPMorgan, HSBC, The World Bank, among others. He has successfully led diverse capital raising activities, investment analysis, marketing and structuring experience across multiple sectors. His core skills include Strategy, Turnarounds, Fundraising, Tech-based Transformation and ESG Investing (Environmental, Social and Governance).
Marcel holds a Masters degree in Investment Banking from Henley Business School, The University of Reading, and an Executive Education Certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Imperial College London. A Sloan Fellow, Marcel also holds a Masters in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School. He is bilingual French and English, fluent German, Spanish and Italian.
